About Ann

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher. Over a 4 year period I trained with Ruth White, one of the UK’s top yoga teacher trainers. I have practised yoga for the last 12 years. During this time, daily practice of yoga has helped me increase core body strength, improve flexibility and general good health. 

I am also a fully trained hypnotherapist/hypnoanalyist.  I studied with the Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnotherapists. 

I come to yoga teaching and hypnotherapy from a teaching background.  For a number of years in I taught in a local Further Education college and have a professional teaching qualification (Certificate in Education).
